Hi, I’m Jeremy Dean! I'm a lifelong Springfieldian, community advocate, and your current State Representative for District 132.
You’ll often find me walking through downtown or grabbing coffee on C-Street.
Before running for office, I spent years working in Springfield’s nonprofit and healthcare sectors. Starting as a caregiver for people with developmental disabilities, then coordinating operations at an OB/GYN clinic. Working in these sectors showed me firsthand how decisions in Jefferson City impact real people every single day.
Before voters elected me in 2024, I served as the Director of Operations at a local nonprofit focused on uplifting underserved communities and creating unique pathways to homeownership. As your State Rep, I’ve brought that same drive for equity and compassion to the Capitol. By fighting to lower costs, accessible and safe housing, fair pay for workers, fully funded public schools, and protecting access to healthcare and bodily autonomy.
I’m running for reelection because the work isn’t done. I believe in common sense over party lines, and in a government that shows up for all people. Let’s keep building a future that works for all of us.
