Kay Collier is Rebuilding Missouri from the Bootheel Up. A third generation Missourian, Kay was born into a middle class family in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in the Bootheel in Kennett, Missouri. Kay has spent her life serving her community. Through her work at a local nursing home, to serving as a City Council Member, to serving on various boards, committees, and her church. Kay is taking the next step of service by running for Missouri House Representative of the 150 District.
