Teamwork

Every day I am so grateful for the support I receive from volunteers, donors, friends, neighbors, and voters. From words of encouragement, to people offering their own hard-earned money to help me work to make this world of ours a little bit better, to the volunteers. My volunteers are almost all regulars. These people inspire and uplift me, through their words, their actions and their dedication to the idea that we are better together.
My volunteers are rockstars. People who regularly contribute their time and energy to this campaign. I am making a conscious effort to stop saying "my campaign" because it isn't mine, its ours. This isn't about me and it never has been. This is about US. This is about the working people, the retired folks, the students, all of us. We who see a Missouri with safer schools, empowered communities, jobs that pay well, quality housing that people can afford, accessible healthcare, a livable planet and more.
My volunteers help me reach more people in the 16h to let them know they have a CHOICE, but also that whatever their concerns, or questions as candidate I am here to listen and as Representative I will be too.
Words can't really express how awesome it feels to be a part of a team working for a Missouri that uplifts us all.
